Spent 1500 mins 6 months later my battery had to be replaced twice call for my one year warranty validation and the store has been sold to a new manager yet the number is still the same the address is still the same and everything in the store is still the same If you want electrical issues with your car that’s perfectly fine before you bring it there please shop with them

Horrible experience...the reception was supposed to be good until the guy in front desk came to tell me and my wife we can't be in the workshop that they are doing 15k job in there without prior offering us where we could wait. Things in the car get missing, and not satisfied with the job cause the microphone wouldn't work with my sound system and it's a new microphone that came with my pioneer sound system. They don't really care about how customer feels. They are a little expensive compared with other guys out there with decent reception and good customers services with technical perfections/satisfactions. Will never be there for no reason again.

Told me it would be 80. I show up and say they made a mistake and it was 160 without even seeing the speakers. Waste of time.

I had a system installed into my 2004 pilot at that time I did’t need a head unit so I walked into insane car audio the personnel in the show room led my to the right head unit (stereo) Everything turned out great it sounds perfect. If anyone reads this review my experience at insane car audio was great they helped me with everything I’ll go back every time I want something done thanks you guys for your help
