I've used Enterprise for a few years now. Many different airports. Atlanta was different, not many friendly people. Not one person in parking lot to meet you by the rental cars and show you. Just go and grab a car and your on your way. I felt like I was stealing a car. My family and I just looked at each other, I guess we just take a car and go. Wish there was more personable people at the point where you pick up your car. When I drop off the car. There was a lady at the car drop off checking everyone. Trying to check 5 different people at the same time and directing other cars where to park. Should at least be 2 people there. You can tell she was frustrated but she was nice.I know it's covid-19 time. Not everyone is diseased. I'll use Enterprise again. Everyone has a bad day.

This is an Easy to use rental location. You must take a train to the location approx 2 miles from the ATL airport, with one stop in between at a hotel that's between the two.

I had to switch payments and the process of doing so should had been a lot easier. The lady wanted me to do a brand new reservation myself because she wasn’t getting the price i had gotten. After about 10min she said never mind she figured it out

Enterprise at the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport is full of rude and unprofessional employees with attitudes on steroids. I went there to upgrade a vehicle and that process took FOREVER. I approached one employee who was having a personal conversation and she sent me to search for someone else. I guess she was too busy doing her preferred job. I went to leave and couldn’t get out because the employee who was so bothered by me needing his help, charged my debit card but didn’t extend the reservation. I spent nearly an hour trying to swap one car for another. The access team was stomped. No one would respond on the radio. I ended up getting out of line and going back to find the guy who made the mistake. What was he doing? Talking. I’m a platinum enterprise rewards member. That’s going down the drain. I’ll think twice before ever renting from them again. The car that I wanted was in the wrong area. Another rude employee pulled up and forced me out of it. The car I finally ended up driving had nearly 35k miles and was due for an oil change. I got that alert about 30 minutes down the road. WHAT A DISASTER!

Had my WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with this Enterprise. I travel for work and have therefore rented a countless number of vehicles with them. Well guess what Enterprise, you just LOST a customer for good. Customer service at this location is appalling. Ask yourself if what your customers need is one of your employees standing around repeatedly explaining that \that girl\ is the only one that can help people. To the point where I had to stop him and say all I'm hearing is that you're not going to help me, SO WHY DON'T YOU GO HELP THE GIRL BC SHE OBVIOUSLY NEEDS IT. Your company isn't in it for the money (God knows you fought hard not to charge the card I wanted you to), but worse, you're DEFINITELY not in our for the people you serve. Goodbye and good riddance. Management will be receiving a letter and official complaint about your seriously lacking customer service and the filthy dangerously un-maintained vehicle that I had to pay for. You're more like a corporate monster than you are anything having to do with human beings. What a shame.
