Awesome clubhouse with tons of stuff to do! The gym is spacious and has everything you need for any workout. The staff is always friendly and happy to help with any questions you have!

I never post any negative review but for this place I have no tolerance left... the WiFi is just teeeerible, I won’t say this is my third time just try to load this google page to write something down. The rent is reasonable for the described amenities, but the gym is closed and I have never seen the sauna at all. They tried to be nice and sent a lot of caring emails, but pleeeease just a do something real and helpful for the residents who trusted u before. I know there isn’t lots choices to live near campus, but if u wanna get more trouble for ur college life, this place will never let u down.

I really enjoy the amenities that Landmark offers. The gym is properly maintained and cleaned. I appreciate the convenience of the Dunkin' Donuts in the lobby which allows me to get coffee and snacks at my leisure. Sometimes I wish that there was more security at the front desk at night time. I love that they offer recycling and trash but composting would also be very nice. I especially love the courtyard with hammocks which allow me to relax and enjoy the weather.

Great place to live it’s close to everything so that’s a plus. The gym is also the best gym in college park. Only downside is the process of retrieving your packages is somewhat tedious and could be set up much more efficiently.
