I love this salon and my Master Stylist Nekesa! Her signature style is what brought me to her and is what keeps me coming back! When I wear my serenity twists and get stopped everywhere I go, I smile wider! My hair was falling out and now under Nekesa's care, is FULL and radiant! I would not be able to be natural for this long had I not found this salon. Forever grateful!

Another fake nature hair salon that doesn't know how to properly care for natural hair. As a stylist you should know how to properly condition, style and color hair. Ladies please avoid this shop. The owner does a poor job with consulting and styling and she calls herself a master cosmetologist. She hides under the umbrella of natural hair to take advantage of our community when in actuality she does not know how to take care of our hair. If you request color and it does not take do to lack of knowledge from the stylist as a client you should not be charged for services. She over charges for her poor skill set and shouldn't be in business. It's a shame that our own people take advantage of each other.
My experience with Nekesa Natural Radiance Hair Loft was not all that I thought it was going to be. The hair wash was great! But the styling wasn’t what I wanted and it definitely didn’t look like the picture I showed my stylist, she cut a huge amount of hair off and now I have heat damage all over my head. I truly did not appreciate the work that was being done and the professionalism that was shown was not acceptable. Sorry but not sorry I was not pleased and I don’t recommend this salon .
Nekesa's salon is so cute and relaxing. Nekesa will make you feel at home and she is very knowledgeable about all hair types. I was so impressed with the way she colored and styled my hair and I got so many compliments! She is my new go to, thanks Nekesa's
