I just want to say I love this shop. Always have had wonderful help, very nice selection. Went here September 5, 2020 thinking I could go in pick a couple crystals I was interested in. Not knowing about the Covid circumstances, ( my fault) I wasn’t able to personally go in the store to pick my choices. I sat in the parking lot and called the store only to talk to a wonderful person who helped me and chose crystals for me. It was easy, fast, but most of all I just loved who helped me and want to say Thank you so much️. Can’t wait to come back to Smile Herb Shop again.

Their line of essential oils is the best quality and selection available in this area; I buy all of mine here! Knowledgeable, friendly staff, great tea & dried herb selection, and a wonderful medicinal garden to explore out back!

I’ve been going to this lovely shop for over 20 years. In my opinion, it is the heart of College Park. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and I’ve experienced a lot of healing moments through Smile. This place has a great and peaceful energy.

Out of stock of a lot nowadays and nobody has knowledge of the incense, every other herb shop is allowing customers back at this point. Kind of on my last leg of supporting this place. Too many disappointing vibes.

Update: This matter was resolved, I was contacted by email and refunded for my troubles. Thank you Nicole. I provide Placed an online order for 4 items. Received a notice that my order was ready for curbside pickup. Got to the store only to find out only 1 of the 4 items were available. My 57 order was now 5. I would think common courtesy is to call to make sure the customer still wants to proceed with the order, considering the lack of products available. Instead I wasted gas to travel for 5. The shrug and nonchalant sorry, was disheartening. Displeased with this level of customer service.
