The instructors here at interboro are really nice and great company. I had Alex who was real cool and just an overall great instructor. I took the road test 1st time around today and he really helped me stay calm cool and collected before I took the exam and It helped me pass.

Great customer service. My questions were answered with no problem even though i had so many. Lol!! Emails were answered the same day and if not within 24 hours. I recommend them. Not to mention they video for the 5 hour class was not out dated and boring.
Alex is a great instructor, super patient and helpful. He takes his time and makes you feel comfortable. I’m glad I came here. I’ve recommended him to all my friends already.
Alex has been my instructor for the past few weeks and he’s by far the best. He’s very patient and clam which is needed when you have been driving for the first time. He has these techniques which help make driving easy. I would recommend him to anyone.
They are so unprofessional! I took my pre licensing certification 3 months ago and they promise me that they will send it to me after I paid but up to now I haven't get it! When I called them they keep on telling me that they will send but no they are not! I already canceled my driver's test for 3 times! They are wasting my time ! And once I called them they put me on hold ! And blocked my number ! Never again !
I would 100% recommend Alex. He made the driver not only feel comfortable but is also an excellent teacher. I recommend him and this driving school over any other in the area.
I called in on Saturday for them to mail my certificate. I was told it would be mailed the next day because they were out of stamps. First red flag,why do you have to pay 10.40 to mail a letter, when stamps are .50cents. I called back in today and was advised, it will take two to three weeks for me to get my certificate. How can something take 2-3 weeks from one borough to the next? This company is a fraud. I will be calling around to see what steps I can take. I have my road test coming up. I would never recommend them to anyone. They asked for a 5 star rating and they in turn will schedule a road test for you. NO THANKS! I WILL BE CALLING THE DMV.....
The majority of these 5 star reviews have to be from bots or people that the school paid. Carlos did not show up to my first lesson so we rescheduled for 3 more lessons. For these next 3 lessons he came an hour late, and during the lessons he played on his phone, watched videos, and took about 20 phone calls during each lesson. I did not learn anything from him and he was not fully focused on teaching driving which is his job. Also, he DOESN'T WEAR A MASK DURING THE LESSONS! Utterly unprofessional behavior from Carlos. I will be taking my patronage to Ferrari Driving School from now on.
