When you show up to a business's local address and there isn't any visible business at the location, its a little shady. Upon calling the business you get told that- \we do not advice you to come to our terminal before you have made a quote or parcel\ when i have been waiting outside trying to find the office for a good hour, its just pathetic.

A2 Global Shipping was very good at getting my shipment picked up and shipped in a timely manner. I feel that the communication aspect of the process needs work.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the difficulty to communicate, which in retrospect was unnecessary and only a product of my being nervous shipping internationally for the first time. Chase was hard to reach by phone which made me anxious, but he did an incredible job. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the differences in shipment types, materials and customs. All of his tips were on spot and we ended up saving time and money using A2Global’s services. Chase even arranged for a very nice local crew to pick up everything from our house, and once that happened everything went through smoothly and quickly. I definitely recommend using this service for anyone’s shipping needs.
