Horrible company. They were great at first to get the sale, but after a year the unit had its first problem, they did come out, fixed it, however my second units heater went off and they won't respond to my calls, emails or messages. We were stuck in this historic artic blast in Houston with no heater. Their units arent reliable or long lasting.

We had this company install a new furnace less than a year ago. The ac and heat are no longer working. My husband and myself have left several messages and sent emails and still have not received any responses. We have been trying to get ahold of them for over a month now. It looks like others are having the same issue.

I purchased 2 Halo Reme LED air purifiers and within a couple weeks one stopped working. I called and left a couple messages on their main business phone line as well as i emailed them twice with no response. I do not live in college station so the HVAC company i used locally to trouble shoot the issues and they found defect in power component. They also tried to reach EcoZapp to get info for a warranty claim but could not get anyone to respond to them either. IDK why they do not answer email or phone calls anymore but i would not recommend them to anyone.

Had my hvac system replaced by Eco zapp. Have the cancelled check if you doubt my claim. The techs were great! Found and repaired a duct problem I didn't know I had. No additional charge! Good equipment, quiet and efficient.

Perfect timing! I woke up the day of my annual a/c inspection and the unit wasn't blowing cold air. The EcoZapp team arrived early to the appointment and had the part to repair it on their truck. It was fixed within 30 mins and cooling before they left. I've used this company for several years & they are the best!
