Observed proper Covid safety protocols in place, made me feel safe. Everyone listened and valued my input. Was treated with respect and the team acknowledged that I had a proper perspective on my history and current conditions.

This being my 1st time at Patient 1st Collegeville, I was very impressed. My doctors office recommended I go here for immediate exam & chest x-ray as I'm recovering from Covid with left over concerning symptoms. Taken right away, not many in waiting area, very thorough exam and chest x-ray, even sent home with a prescription. Well done!

First thing, every person I came in contact with was great! Organized, knowledgeable, friendly etc...for what I was there for the doctor was limited in what she could do, but she was great about talking through my issue and options. Way better than my primary care doctor provided It is ABSOLUTELY understandable that there would be a longer wait time during this pandemic and we cannot express enough appreciation for what people in health care are doing. I hope the wait time would be different under different circumstances, but i absolutely recommend this facility and would give 5 stars if not for the following... ***Specifically for the owner/operators of this practice*** Hopefully this feedback will land and you will get better from it or you can certainly ignore. I was taken into a room at 1:13 and after my vitals were taken I sat in that room behind the curtain for an additional hour and 26 min. I am understanding of the delay and get it. However, something many businesses in any service environment rarely grasp is that communication is FREE!! I heard A LOT of talking on the other side of the curtain about snow, family, stock market etc...no worry, they weren't the doctor and there is nothing wrong with socializing a reasonable amount, but why not poke your head in just to make the person waiting feel like u know they are there? 'Should be another 15-20 min want some water?' or 'Apologize for the delay, you are currently 3rd in line'...just something. Nobody likes waiting and waiting like that gets people frustrated, like sitting on the tarmac at the Philly airport like cattle waiting for someone to say something, anything! (I think I am a fair customer, but maybe not?!) Acknowledgement will not bring the doctor faster, but it WILL make the person waiting feel better and remember...FREE!!! Good Luck and keep up the good work.

I don't like doctors visits. Avoid them when possible. However, I needed this one and found the process to be easier than past visits to other places. Quick and thorough with clear concise instructions.

The wait time was really long, but I understand... I am in health care and know how hard it is to keep the flow moving. My doctor and all staff were very kind to me and treated me with care and respect. I am very pleased with with my overall experience even though I feel awful. The patient rooms were so clean and comfortable I actually feel asleep in one.
