I started attending the COBRA defense class in January and have loved every minute of it. The atmosphere, training and camaraderie are excellent. The technical training is very good, makes a lot of sense, and made me much more confident in my ability to react properly and defend myself after just a few weeks. I wish I had known about this sooner. I would not work out on my own, but the training has motivated me to push myself too. I cannot wait to go back. I can see myself go for the next several years , and when my kids are old enough, I plan on them attending too. Thanks Mr Rob!
