Books! You can never go wrong with a good bookstore. The staff is always incredibly helpful if we are ever looking for something. It's a great place to just browse selections to find a potential new favorite. Their puzzle and game selections have grown, which I'm not so much a fan of if they are then removing books, but those are fun to look through, too!

The associate who answered the phone was very friendly and polite. I love that whatever you are looking for, you can ask them and they will find it for your immediately if it's available and then hold it for you until you pick it up. When I made it to the store everyone was polite and helpful. Made my Christmas shopping so easy.

Super friendly and helpful staff. They ordered a book I couldn't find and it will ship to my house! It had been a while since I had been to this location and it was one of the best trips to a Barnes and Noble I've had!

The customer service at this location was impeccable. Upon my entrance, a gentleman (employee)greeted me and inquired about my needs/wants as it pertained to the reason for my visit. A few minutes later, another gentleman (employee) approached and assisted by researching the availability of two books by Dr. Myles Munroe, "Understanding the Purpose and Power of Women" and "Understanding the Purpose and Power of Men" (two AMAZING BOOKS by the way ). The environment/store had a warm, inviting appeal and neatly merchandised. The brewing of coffee filled the air with a 'scentastic aroma'!!! Also, the outside seating area enhanced the ambiance of the store. I LOVE THIS LOCATION (Collierville, TN)!!!
