Horrible customer service. Closed for 3 hours a day for lunch. Taking advantage of customers due to the fact they're the only local medical supply store. Will be reporting them to BBB.. Still doing research of who else I need to contact to report them. My mother has gone days without her supplies and they do not care.

Extremely poor customer service! They have no idea what they are doing! A loved one needed oxygen when being discharged from the hospital, and we were told they \didn't have a driver\ to bring the oxygen to the home. Instead, it was delivered to the hospital for an elderly couple to have to load into their vehicle because \they could find somebody at the hospital\ to help them load the oxygen. Never again will we use this poor excuse for a medical supply company, and we would NOT recommend them to anyone ever!!!
