If Zero were an option I'd choose it. The Collinsville staff and National staff are horrific. Spoken to 10 different people in this organization and not one was friendly nor helpful. ZERO! AVOID!

I’m extremely disappointed in the service of this group. Numerous calls confirming my doctors information being sent to them were disregarded or outright ignored. After meeting with them personally and following up with faxed info, no return phone call. I would suggest going to any other medical service provider available. Their commitment to service is nil.
I have had a very good experience with these folks. They're always very nice and courteous and very good to work with.
My wife needed a new cpac and oxygen and had a prescription for both. Well they drug their feet for 4 months now they are telling us that she has to retake tests because the prescription run out. Wth I have to take off work again losing much needed money as well as pay for the tests again and the aggravation that goes with all of it.
