I just had the best experience purchasing a mattress and boxspring. Nadal (Al) was just fantastic in working with our budget! We were expecting delivery 6 days later but Nadal called me later that evening informing me that the delivery would be in two days. Based on this positive experience we will purchase all our future mattress needs from this Mancini location.

I do not recommend it at all, 4 months ago we bought a mattress and after 2 months it made a huge hole, customer service is horrible, we called and came a month later, they made an evaluation and said they would do another one within 3 months. it's awful we wake up with back pain every day and they do nothing to respond to their customers. Don't buy there.

Avoid the salesman by the name of Tazz at all cost! He's super rude, pushy and very aggressive. He expects you to buy a top dollar mattress from him on your very first visit to the store before you leave. He's all about that big commission from your big purchase. Otherwise he would simply ignore you and talk down on you for wasting his time if you walk in the store again. He should be selling used cars instead at one of the several car dealerships thats just a few steps away from this place on Serramonte Blvd. Plenty of mattress stores around the area that offers a better price than his \specials\. AVOID!!

Shopping for a new bed due to a medical situation I tried several mattress stores where I felt I'd entered a used car dealership, nobody listening, trying to push something on me that wasn't appropriate. Raymond was friendly, allowed me to browse, answered all my questions and diplomatically pointed out what I thought would work wasn't my best option. When I went back he was off so Al the store manager assisted me. Again no pressure, answered additional questions and worked to get me a deal my wife and I are extremely pleased with. When you are ready for a quality product being serviced by professional people you can't gp wrong with Al and Raymond in Colma. Thanks again.
