Super easy Tesla buying experience & everyone who works here is so nice! They have the new 2021 models here already & I got to upgrade my 2020 model order to the new 2021 Tesla Model X Performance in the same trim as I had custom built for the 220 model. Just my luck they had the 2021 model in the exact same custom trim I ordered already there!! There was only one too, so I’m super with the whole buying process and touch less delivery! Will be picking up my model S plaid when they start shipping & will definitely come back to this location!

Apparently Customer Service is NOT important at Tesla! My daughter and I picked up a new Model 3 last month. I noticed on DMV paper work has "and" marked which means when we sell the car both signatures are required. I asked the person it has be an "OR" so either one of us can sign off when we sell the car. The person took the paper work back to office and 30 minutes later with the corrected DMV paperwork. Then we noticed the new car was badly cleaned and no help of how to use the new car. They used the excuse of COVID so they cannot sit in the car with us. OK, I accepted that. The car isn't even fully charged. So, today I got the title from DMV. The title shows "AND" instead of "OR". Now, I have to go to DMV and have it changed (3 hrs. at dmv) and pay a 15 fee. When I called, nobody cares. :(
Nice to have a roomier Tesla dealership right at pole position of car row in Colma! Sales, service and delivery are now open. No charger here for public use but Serramonte mall a minute drive away has at least 40 super chargers available. Welcome to the neighborhood guys.
Amazing service and SO fast. Bought a used car, and was in and out of the dealership in about 25-30 minutes (no joke). Only draw back was that the car want fully charged, but that is me purposely finding something to complain about
I have never seen an auto dealer as checked out as the Tesla, Colma location. The car was delivered with scratches, dog hairs, left over food and a bad odor. Tesla did not even use a vacuum before delivering the car. Completely disappointed with the way a Premium CPO car delivery was handled by a fledgling company like Tesla. There is absolutely no outlet to raise concerns like this with Tesla, making the matter continue for several more customers. If you are taking delivery of a Tesla vehicle, do yourselves a favor and avoid this complacent and unprofessional location.
It's recommended. Car is for the future transportation.
