Lots of choices. Some reasonably priced options for the quality, some not so much. Good place to get ideas if nothing else. Friendly staff - helpful but not really hovering, which was a welcome change.

Waited almost 5 months to get our furniture- making multiple phone calls, being told someone would call me back - no one ever did. Thankful our salesman, AP, would update me if I reached out directly to his email. Finally it comes after speaking to a manager- finally!!! 3 storage beds (a king & 2 fulls) a dresser, and 2 end tables were all assembled within 1 hour and 30 mins- while I applaud their efficiency since they had 14 deliveries to make that day (yes!!! 14, they told me) they did not give me time to walk through the furniture before handing me a cell phone and a tablet- one to talk to someone who asks if everything looks okay, my response... “as of now yes”. Two guys quickly leave. I have come to find MULTIPLE damages to two pieces of furniture. I called the store and spoke to Aaron the night of delivery. He apologizes for the damages and assures me the customer care center is great in handling this. I have called them... I have lost count how many times now.. left multiple messages. Talked to people but have been hung up on or disconnected with no return call (numbers and email are in our account, they can call me back!!!). I spoke to Austin at the store today- he told me a manager would call me back and if they didn’t he himself would call me back. Another day of no return calls and no resolution to the MULTIPLE damages to our brand new furniture. Beyond frustrated - I shouldn’t have to be this persistent to get my furniture taken care of. In almost 5 months no one called to give an update on the delay unless I called to get an update. **UPDATE 12/14/20 still no resolution! No communication. I was assured I had a person assigned to our situation and she would communicate well.... Nope. Nothing since before Thanksgiving.

We had such a great experience at this store today! Austin’s customer service went above and beyond our expectations. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We’re so happy he assisted us in finding some great options for our new home and we look forward to going back soon to make a purchase. Thanks so much, Arri & Ash

The place in itself is not bad and they have got great inventory. It always has something on sale but at the end of the day the prices are market value despite all the \discounts\ which is the same in basically all furniture stores. Only thing I was upset with was the delay I have had in the delivery of my furniture. There's no pick up option so I had to pay 170 to get my furniture delivered; however 10 days passed from the date they had said I would be getting my furniture and I still didn't have it. I was naturally concerned as they didn't mention that the dates for delivery were estimated and not factual. Guess I'm used to getting the things I purchased on the day the seller gives me. However upon visiting the store the problem was resolved. My furniture which supposedly would be delivered next month instead will be delivered next week. So I can say I'm not completely unsatisfied with the service. Update. I've finally received my furniture. It's great and I'm satisfied. Thank you

I worked with Austin at Ashley Furniture Home store and he was amazing. He showed me the different styles of the couch and yet didn’t attempt to pressure sell me. He worked with my unique circumstance and remained friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Very pleasant experience!
