I've been a pier one shopper for what seems like a millennium and let me tell you. This IS the flagship store. Everything you need is in here, including the bobs and needles. This store is so manicured and greatly imposing at the same time. Whoever organizes this store needs a promotion! Ten out of ten, A!!!!

I've shopped Pier 1 for over 30 years in several locations. Our son who is in his 20's remembers us buying a wicker hamper in the Bristol, Connecticut store 20 years ago... and he fit inside. Silly, fond memories. It finally had to be parted with this past summer. Pier 1's been a part of our lives for a long time. We remodeled our half bath 2 years ago, all decor from Pier 1. I love the eclectic selection of treasures but I have noticed over the years that the prices have gone up disproportionately. I can't afford to shop there as often but that's made it more of a special treat. I've had only good experiences with the employees at the Colonial Heights store.
Great place to go to see a lot of good furniture. Really like the atmosphere and the customer service. Didn't expect to find rugs, but sure as hell, they had em. Ten out of ten, A plus.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially and employee by the name of Linda. Phenomenal Shopping Experience!
