Terrible customer service. They gave us wrong rentals sizes that they promised. When me and my father went to return the rentals, they promised they had the right sizes for me, but they didn’t and the man gave us an attitude. Very big attitude, straight off the bat. Terrible place to go and barely has anything available.

I have been renting skiing equipment from these guys for past three years. Everytime I leave this place, I leave a very happy customer. These people are not greedy and they give you the right advice everytime. Yesterday was another such experience with Collin. We already had skis from last year, but we were not sure if would need to rent them for this year and he gave his honest opinion without any greed and said that we dont need skis. They are the best!

Amazing service - guys helped us with more patience than anything I’ve seen in any store in my life. Very cool guys working there but also professional and knowledgeable Went there with my wife and 3 friends and we all left happy They really price match anyone online even though almost everything in the store is cheaper than online Great deals! Will be back every year! Thanks for helping us
