Best Customer Service I have experienced in some time! We reached out to them along with 4 other companies. They responded within one business day. While no others responded after a week. We were looking to get some polishing done on Brass. Although they were not able to do the work for us due to time constraints to get it done. The owner pointed us to some local companies that do this type of work. We now have it scheduled within our Time Line. Will think of them in the future for a supplier when we need Anodizing done. A Customer Service, which is refreshing as customer service has been going downhill for the past several years! It is also refreshing to see the owner of the company so involved in the minutia of the Business! Thank You for the Assistance!
Decided to give this company a try for our Type II Anodize. Very fast turn time with excellent communication! 100% of the Anodized parts passed our QA inspection! We are very used to having 15%-20% fallout. It is refreshing to have an Anodizer of this Caliber in the Front Range Region, even though a small start-up shop! Excited too continue Business with Best Finishes!
Having done business with these guys when they ran operations at another company, we knew their service would be of the highest level. Having started utilizing their new operation we could not be happier. They understand QCD. I would put an emphasis on Quality and Delivery. We have had 99.87% of parts pass QC and 100% OTD. I appreciate having a high end anodizer here in the Front Range! It is saving us 48.23% on shipping costs! Not too mention we went from 78.32% ratio to 99.87% ratio of parts passing QC saving Thousands of dollars this Quarter! I would recommend Best Finishes to anyone needed Anodize on tight tolerance parts!
