The cooking class was a delicious delight. The brisket was the best I've ever had, bar none. I'm looking forward to the leftovers. Eric is the real deal, a chef who loves his job and loves to share his knowledge with others, especially newbies like me. I can hardly wait to try more of his cuisine at a chef's table.

We did a Chefs Table dinner on a Friday night, the theme was \A night in Athens\ and it did not disappoint! We had heard of Chef Eric through several people at work and decided to book a dinner. Not only is Chef very talented in the kitchen, he is also very entertaining and made the evening fun and intimate- sharing stories, involving the guests...very fun! Each course came, with a story and description from Chef and was just delicious. They also just kept the wine coming, as soon as your glass was empty, it was filled again. At the end, there were take out boxes available and we were offered any of the remaining food to take home & enjoy later on. HIGHLY recommended, go here!
Boz Catering catered a large corporate event for us and it was amazing! Eric and his associate were very professional and made the experience easy and fun. Not to mention the food was incredible! Everyone was raving about how great the food was all night. If you haven't tried his cheesecake sopapilla you are missing out! I look forward to having Boz Catering cater my next event!
Eric created a variety of ball appetizers (Gouda truffles, korean meatballs, Arancini w/ Marinara, Lamb Meatballs w/ Tzatziki, homemade mozzeralla balls) for our Superbowl party. I gave him the idea, and he just ran with it. They were all fantastic and a fun food for the party. Eric's communication was excellent, and most importantly, everything was ready for pick exactly when he said. As well as, everything tasted amazing. I highly recommend contacting Boz Catering for any of your catering needs.
