This is my second experience with Bundle. The first time was with my first child, in the Denver office. It was very positive. It is different here in Colorado Springs. I have been trying to contact them since early July to inform them of an upcoming vacation and to ask about changing our order. I have called and left messages and emailed multiple times- with no reply until July 22. I was at this for almost three weeks! One of the email addresses listed on their website bounces back and is not valid. For more than two weeks, the phone numbers listed on their website ring and ring and the voicemail message is generic for someone named Epstein. They fixed the phone issue on July 23. The owner got back to me on July 22 and apologized, saying that they were having problems with their email and phone systems. So be aware that calling or emailing could be tough at times. The owner said they are going to fix it. That said, the owner is nice and I like the quality of the diapers themselves.
Amanda and her team at Bundle baby shop in Boulder are the best! We used the cloth diaper service for 1.5 years. Delivery and pick up were always prompt no matter the weather. Every time I called the shop, staff were very nice and helpful. Amanda gives great cloth diapering lessons! We highly recommend Bundle!
Bundle has been such a blessing! My mom gave us several months' service as a baby gift, and it has been just AMAZING. The kind of gift I hope to pay forward one day. We have been using Bundle's basic diaper service and delivery for over a year now. Bundle has been excellent about responding to every email in a timely and professional manner, whether I'm asking for diapering advice, or alterations to my service. I have no complaints and recommend the diaper service to everyone I know who's having babies.

I have been using the all-in-one diaper service from Bundle since my son was born in late May. I've been really happy with it. The diapers are easy and fit well and come stuffed! which is such a help. They go right in the hamper so it is just as easy as disposables but so much better for the environment and I just feel better with the cotton on his butt rather than the absorbent chemical materials. When we do need disposables for outings and trips I can get my favorite brand delivered as well and we have been using the wipe service which is such a treat and saves us so much waste and also is nicer on the baby's butt to just have cotton and water.
Bundle has a great local store that offers high quality cloth diapers AND other new baby and maternity accessories/clothes. Their staff is SUPER knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to help you with caring for your new (whether or not it's your first) "bundle of joy". We've purchased things there and also used their cloth diaper service which is excellent, easy, and flexible. We know several folks who have gotten gift cards and baskets from here and they've loved them. They also have a lot of stuff online, so definitely check out their website as well.
