He has the equipment and he really knows how to clean carpets ! I have a large silk Oriental rug which he cleaned the proper way, which is by soaking it rather than using floor cleaning machines. I spent over a decade in the business of making floor cleaning machines, and he knows what he is doing.

I bought an insurance plan for carpet care when I purchases my large 100% large handwoven area rugs. I had a spill a year later and the insurance company sent clean response. Brad did an excellent job removing the stain. I was so impressed with the process, I hired him to take care of all my carpeting. My insurance was only effective for 5 years so when my dog chewed up a liquid ink pen on my beautiful wool rug I called Brad.. he came over and said he might be able to get it out. Wow! He did, he has many certifications and attended many classes on how to care for different types of rugs. He has never disappointed me. I was going to change out my original bedroom carpet. It looked really bad. Brad suggested I get it stretched and then he cleaned it. It was good as new. I have been using Brad for 7 years because his work is excellent and his prices are reasonable. He is truly a professional carpet cleaner

I walked around the house and didn't know I had axel grease on one shoe. Called Brad and told him the problem, said he would be out the next morning. He came early the next morning and got it all out. Very professional and fair prices.
