We own two routers from DMS. When I first posted this review, their customer service was pretty abysmal and I swore I would never buy another one of their machines. But... over the past few years, they have made great improvements since and the last couple times I have requested parts, they have been very helpful, far more than they ever were 3-4 years ago. The machines themselves I have no complaints over. They are well engineered, well built, and last. I think they still can improve their customer service, but they are certainly on the right track.

I was working there through a temp agency. I quitter my job to work there and the very next week they terminated my job with them. They didn't give a good reason for not wanting me there and then there was the fact that I now had no job with bills to pay. I contacted the company directly to speak to Josh and he didn't want to talk to me to tell me what happened, instead he had Michelle speak to me and she don't even say what the issue was. No communication at all and little to no training on what they wanted me to do but then terminated the job with me.

I received a 5 axis CNC a few month ago for a composite lab at a University and it is used for eductation of college students. I really like the machine and the controller is easy to use after some practice. I had no prior experience with 5 axis machining but it didn't take too long to figure it out. We also purchased training and that was worth the extra money. The person that came over to train us was professional and a good teacher. We had some trouble with the Post Processor from Camworks but after help from the CAMWorks reseller and DMS it all worked out. The students have been using the equipment with no trouble. I especially like the fact that the machine is enclosed which is important to me with students working with this equipment.

I placed and order for the DMS 5-axis CNC router in May 2105 to cut our thermoformed parts. I received it in July 2015. It is now October 2015 and we have been running it for 24 hours a day 6 days a week non-stop. It is very easy to use. I have 2 other brands of 5-axis CNC's and the DMS is by far a much better built machine. The Fagor controller is very easy to use. I have guys that have never worked on CNC's before setting up and making changes to the program themselves. I would not hesitate to purchase another one. Everyone from Patrick Bollar on down has been very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this machine.
