While staff were reasonable in taking care of the few issues with the toilet coming up from the floor and the track on the pantry storage area being bent up and fixing this issue so the door could open and close, the price for these units are just simply not worth the money. They're old, paint is chipped up everywhere and and many of my \surely it'd be at least this nice at move in\ expectations for me were not even met, and the bar was pretty low as I was pretty desperate to find a place. Wouldn't call it a recommendation per se but if I were to tell anyone about this place it'd be someone who needed a place desperately and needed it centrally located for transit/job needs.

It was super great calling in today. I was able to speak the manager who was very polite and knowledgeable of the community. I can't wait to stop in and visit.

I have lived here since February. So far the manager is nice and willing to help me out with this apartment. I was in a dangerous situation and he went out on a limb for me. He was able to get me in quickly. The maintenance guys.....well we need some more for just this complex. Otherwise they are kind and nice. The complex its self is quiet and pet friendly. So far no major incidents. Bug and rodent free.

First and foremost the manager Fernando is totally human, most of the time my experiences with apartment management is no less than a conversation with a robotic asstard...but besides the great manager, the apartments are super nice, with trees that keep it shaded. Seems pretty quiet also, and close to a lot of convenient places
