Horrible experience. No communication. I employed them to do a pre-buy inspection on an airplane and then finish it off as an Annual inspection. Nothing was ever done. He took the A/C to his hanger and it sat. I never received anything in writing about what he found on the A/C and he pencil whipped the annual. For instance he put in my logbook that he had changed the oil but hadn't. In fact he had stated he checked the oil filter. When I got the A/C home and had the oil changed it was old and had the dates and times from when it had been placed on the A/C 8 months earlier. He also wrote in the logbook that he dressed the prop. No dressing was completed on the prop. Luckily I paid with Amex and they cancelled all payments and did not charge me. AVOID at all costs
