Loved the cheese biscuits as always. Service was lousy due too a very small staff with this pandemic. They were trying to still get all the work done with less people. So I'm not blaming the staff. The fish was good but the shrimp were definitely overcooked. Also not many choices other than seafood. At least affordable. There were steaks but very high priced according to the cuts offered. Then to add seafood it was 30 per plate. Not worth it to me, then to be snapped at because I requested more cocktail sauce. Well, I will get my surf and turf elsewhere. Especially for 30 per plate.

Went in a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. Ordered delivery today and half the food was bad. The broccoli should not have been served. It was clearly bad. The mozzarella sticks were soggy and the sauce was all over them. Half the shrimp had brown spots on it. Very disappointed. Won’t be ordering this for Togo or delivery again. Obviously no quality control over what’s not served in store. Which is sad considering the company is only doing carry out and delivery at this time.
Can't go wrong at Red Lobster, always solid food at reasonable prices. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Seafood is only going to be so good when you're in Colorado and far away from the ocean. Love the Lobster Bisque and Coconut Shrimp.
Lovely atmosphere. Great, flavorful seafood Friendly staff. Annoying to-go phone constantly ringing. Perhaps they get a head set and have someone always answering so the customer doesn't have to hear it.
Great culinary experience. Briana our server was excellent. Watch every detail in our order. Every plate came out perfectly fresh ingredients and excellent taste.
