Spoke with Mike over the phone - what a professional through and through! Offered to give him my business by having a car looked at as part of a pre-purchase inspection. Having prior knowledge of the vehicle since RMCR had worked on it in the past, Mike was very straightforward, honest, and thorough when suggesting the inspection was unnecessary. He then remained fully engaged and committed in conversation to any subsequent questions I had about the car. I took the leap, went ahead with the purchase of the previously-owned vehicle, and now having the pleasure of being the owner I can confirm Mike was spot-on in his assessment. It doesn't hurt that RMCR's previous install of the supercharger in the car happens to be a nice little gift that keeps on giving as well. Thanks again!
