We have a cabinet paint shop and heavily rely on the production and operations of our compressor and spray booth. We have been having a lot of problems with air in the lines, and after isolating every possible thing it could be and have a new compressor installed and all new lines we still had the same issues. I decided to see if anyone happened to specialize in what we needed and sure enough I found TACI. But too bad it was 10 pm on a Friday night, but wait! The owner answered after 1 ring and was here in 20 minutes. Understanding the importance of our production he immediately began looking for a solution to at least keep us going until we can properly address the issue robustly. He hasn't even finished anything yet but all I can say is as a personal business owner, wow. They know customer service! I anticipate using them for our other shops and likely many other projects that they could handle. Don't hesitate to call them. No slimy sales tricks, just honest consulting.

After a couple of false starts due to machines being damaged during shipping (no fault of Matt's), I now have a professionally installed compressed air system! Matt was knowledgeable, professional and followed through. He definitely works hard for his customer! Thanks Matt!
