I had my daughter here on Nov 2019 and I loved my experience. The treatment from all of the nurses and staff was amazing. Their bedside manner is impressive. They treated me so well and made me feel so comfortable. I had an induction and they made sure I was well informed throughout the whole process. I came in early in the morning at around 5:30am and had my daughter the next day at around 2:40am. The morning nurses and the overnight nurses were amazing. I requested a mirror so that I can see the baby coming out during the delivery and they quickly made that happen for me. It’s an experience I will never forget! After giving birth I was moved to a recovery floor and the nurses there were nothing short of awesome. The rooms (both delivery and recovery) were very clean and spacious. And the food was so good! I can’t believe it was hospital food. Thank you Memorial Hospital North for such a great experience!

Excellent care! I was in the hospital for quite some time as I chose induction for my baby boy, however the nurses and staff were all wonderful! I was impressed with their kindness and support as I recovered and as our baby boy was monitered to make sure that he was thriving before we went home. I appreciated being able to get help with breastfeeding and I was not pressured into it. By the time we went home I felt like I had a lot of information and new skills to care for him. I really liked my nurses. Just amazing people!

I am 5 months postpartum and I'm still suffering from the awful experience I had here. Mentally and physically. Some nurses were good, but most nurses were insanely disrespectful. They bashed and bullied me for not being able to breastfeed (even though I wasn't provided a lactation consultant until I was about to be released from the hospital), they made me feel violated, gross, and uncomfortable in my most vulnerable moments. I felt embarrassed and like I was a burden to them. If you're a first time parent, I would not recommend coming here.

I highly recommend the birth center here, the nurses were kind and made sure I was okay every step of the way. My doctor Bianco was amazing and will be going back to him when I have my second child. The staff is awesome and they made my stay there pleasant, I didn't feel any discrimination I was treated like a human being.
