Much like the previous reviewers I was not given an accurate depiction of the order status and my gym tile should have arrived today but was never shipped. I contacted Home Depot and was told the order was stuck and I would have to re order which I did. I went back and fourth with Home Depot and they provided me the vendor info. I contacted this company and was disheartened when associate, Bethany provided the response that Home Depot shouldn’t have cancelled my order because now my order is at the bottom of their list. Clearly customer service is lost on this company and did not take the time to really listen or resolve the issue. Could use some genuine customer relations training.

Bought rubber tiles for garage via Home Depot. Website said it was in stock. However, we didn't receive by arrival date and found out it was never shipped. Called in and was told "it was on dock, but they are backed up" (understandable to be backed up during 2020 for gym equipment) and would ship in two days after calling. A week later still not shipped. So, we cancelled order after waiting a month.

horrible. they shipped to the wrong address although we corrected it on the same day THROUGH THE LIVE CHAT. they never changed the address for fedex. we tried calling customer support but they kept putting us on hold. left them bunch of voicemails for a call back but never happened. tried contacting them on their live chat but kept kicking us off. no response, not professional at all. dont ever buy stuff from here.
