I’m officially a fan! I’ve used Anson Mills flour for pizza and pasta, and just had the most satisfying meal of sea island peas and Carolina gold rice. Absolutely fantastic and consistent. I find the online site easy to use, helpful AND educational, and the customer service via email efficient, especially during anime when they are likely overwhelmed as the rest of us are. Thank you for keeping the heritage of these grains and foods alive!
