Excellent experience with A and O cleaning. I thought we would have to replace our carpet because it was so bad but after they cleaned it, it looks like brand new! Ryan and his team did an amazing job cleaning out the air ducts and deodorizing the basement of my new home. There were strong pet odors before his team came over in both the unfinished basement and the main living area. After cleaning the air ducts & deodorizing basement, the smell is gone! I’m so excited to move into my new home now & know it is safe and clean.
Ryan was very prompt and courteous. He showed up on time and the job took the amount of time he said it would prior to the appointment. He even made a second trip to take care of a particularly tough pet stain. Overall we were very happy with the service and we would definitely use AO cleaning again.
