The owner came by my place to check my pool that hasn't been open in years. He charged a very reasonable amount of money for his time. Gave me realistic options to make the pool work. Stated to call him if I needed more information. Unfortunately I have home warrantee. However, I will be using his services for opening and closing of the pool thanks for your guidance.
