David Andersen

Brian knows what to do and takes least remedial path for fastest, efficient recovery. Surgery and especially replacement are options, but last resort. Went in for knee scraping out surgery 5 years ago... still walking 2-3 miles/ day. Thanks Doc! David Andersen

Having an orthopedic urgent care is a wonderful idea. It takes much less time, we are away from sick people and most importantly we are seeing the type of providers that we need to see for our injuries. I have had the pleasure of seeing Sean McGivern, PA for my daughters’ injuries and have been very impressed with the scope of his knowledge and the accuracy of his diagnosis. In addition to his technical mastery, we have found him to be very patient, kind and thorough. Injury is never pleasant but having expert care makes the experience bearable. Thank you for all of your help and thank you to the wonderful support staff!

The office itself is always spotless and comfortable, and every member of the staff is always kind and pleasant. Speaking from personal experience, Dr. Brouillet is one of the best orthopedists that the profession has to offer. He is an absolute wealth of knowledge, and his personable approach is always courteous and informative. Anytime I injure myself significantly, just being able to schedule an appointment always makes me feel better.

Very unprofessional customer service. I waited more than two hours to see the doctor and they let everyone who came after me to go see the doctor before me. I asked the receptionist why everyone who came after me already saw the doctor and I am still sitting and she responded that they will come get you shortly. After a few minutes a nurse came and took me to the room and left me for very long time. I can hear that the doctors are seeing patients in other rooms and when I asked the nurse when I will be seen by the doctor and told her I been waiting for a long time and not feeling well. Still seeing all the patients but not me. I came out of the room and told them that I am leaving and never coming back. They said oh sorry, do you want to reschedule. I said no, I will never come back to this place it has the worst service. It was very bad experience for me.
