Work completed was good. People were responsive & professional. Didn't like unwillingness to troubleshoot warranty claim because unrelated body damage might be related. Additionally, no record exists regarding the 3 prior times I scheduled to have this issue addressed (I canceled or did not come in on those occasions.)
