Just recently purchased a 2019 RAM 1500 from Dan Slaughter. Good inventory selection, low pressure sales, and also impressed with the Service Department and delivery of the truck. Dan walked us through the process, answered all of our questions (and there were a lot), but remained patient and made us feel like we were important. Never felt rushed or pressured, which is important to me. Got a beautiful truck at a fair price. Horrible experience! I received a phone call about my wife's Jeep Cherokee in need of a recall service. The Technician informed me it would only take 5 minutes to reprogram so I made an appointment. It took them nearly an hour. While there, only one employee was wearing a mask. After my wife's vehicle was serviced they pulled it into the bay. The Technician told me the reprogramming was complete but they had to keep it there another 20 minutes to meet the minimum requirements to get paid for the recall. I recommend taking your business to South County Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram.
