I don’t hate the place, I have not even been inside the Countryside Village gates! I do however know about Duck River Estates on Industrial Park before you get to the Countryside Village because we bought a manufactured house there. DRE is still under construction. The GM is trying hard to go forward but rain & snow has slowed her progress. We’ve only been in TN since the 8th of February 2021. Duck River Estates will be a lovely place to live come late Spring-Summer.

Countryside village was a very wonderful place for me and my husband! Mobile home was wonderful! We loved it, it’s honestly been one of our favorite places that we’ve rented. I know there are some negative reviews on here regarding the manager Sue but we never once had an issue! She was very nice and never got on to us about anything! I personally feel like if you just take care of the place you’re renting, and just pay your rent you should not have a issue with the property whatsoever. We moved in last year and our lease ended this year, we received our deposit back within one week of turning the keys in. I definitely recommend renting here, not to mention the affordable price of the rent. Sheri is the one in the office with sue and she is very nice and helpful as well!
The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The rent is reasonable. My only issue is maintenance is joke. Great place to live as long as nothing breaks inside your home.
I'm not a resident. I am a regular visitor. Countryside is always clean. Probably the cleanest mobile home residential property in the area. Streets are wide, lovely mature trees, play areas and sufficient parking for residents and guests.
Countryside is a great place to live it's a quiet and a safe place for your children to go for a bike ride. The management has many activities for the community backpack give away trick or treating community garage sale rent is very reasonable you won't find a better place to call home
