DP Solutions has made our lives so much easier. Prior to working with DP, we had to go to an internal employee to take care of our IT problems. It was a nightmare (to put it mildly). By outsourcing our IT support to DP, we've been able to work more productively and efficiently. Their support staff is knowledgeable and friendly. For much less than hiring an IT employee, we now have an IT department! Highly highly recommend them!

DP Solutions is a terrific IT Support company. We are a 12 person office in downtown Baltimore. They help manage our IT environment, servers and users. They do a really good job of proactively staying on top of the latest updates, patches, security procedures that keep us protected and out of trouble. Together we have the perfect relationship that allows us to focus on what we do best and ensure we have an experienced eye on our systems!

Our firm has been a DP Solutions customer for over 8 years. As a small company we rely heavily on DP for all our IT needs. Service calls are handled in a timely manner with a very professional experienced staff. Our dedicated account manager addresses our hardware, software and compliance needs and finds solutions tailored to our business. DP keeps abreast of the ever changing world of IT and passes their knowledge on to customers proactively to help them maintain a safe and secure computer environment.

We have worked with DP Solutions for a year and it has been a great experience. My staff raves about their interactions with the DP Solutions help desk staff. IT is not my expertise and they help me make decisions on the best direction for the organization and explain everything to me. We converted to Microsoft 365 early on in the pandemic while most of our staff are telecommuting. It went very smoothly.
