The team there did an awesome job listening to my concerns and instead of disgarding them, they made it their personal business to see that I was satisfied with the ending result. They use all the tricks of used car sales. They didn't bring me the prices but brought me payments which included an extended warranty and gap insurance which we hadn't discussed. The good side was the service : everything is very high tech and streamlined down to the paperwork on a touch screen desk. The service department is also very efficient, I discovered a problem after I bought the car and they fixed it, no charge.

FOUND A CREDIT APP ON A DESK WITH SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, PEOPLES ADDRESSES AND OTHER INFO... THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR PEOPLES LIVES, HEALTH NOR THERE PERSONAL INFORMATION.. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE CDC AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

I looked at a few cars on the internet and decided to go to JT's Kia to look in person. Bobby G took great care of us. He listened to our needs and put us in a Kia Forte in about an hour and a half. The best car buying experience we have ever had! Left with a clean car and a full tank of gas! You guys are the best!! Thanks for everything!
