They have the best adult ballet class I've ever taken - ballet technique teaches alignment, combinations support memory, and the rigor of the class will keep your heartbeat up. Ballet is not 'exercise' - it is an art form - but the most physically demanding one on the planet, and it can be enjoyed at any age!
