I work with Party Reflections pretty much daily through my employer and they are fantastic! Start to finish it's always a great experience. Our sales reps are always quick to reply with answers to questions and quotes. The delivery team is always on point and the rentals are in great shape. For our 116th annual Gala in 2018, the Columbia Chamber used Party Reflections for our linens, chargers, and decorations. Not only does Party Reflections provide the rentals but they deliver and pick up from your event location as well. They provided excellent service and quality products that helped our event go as smoothly as possible. Timely, efficient, and all around great customer service from the whole team!

Party Reflections is wonderful. The showroom is very easy to navigate and user friendly but if you do have questions there are sales people available to help you pair things and find what you need. The staff is super knowledgeable and knows how to guide you, since sometimes event needs are not common knowledge. Anytime I need assistance on the weekends, when many events occur, I can always get a quick response and helpful person. I recommend PR to all of my clients!
