This place is horrible. When I walked in the door, I asked an employee would I have to listen to the building construction being done next door. He said no. Lies. There was pounding and drilling the entire time. Additionally the staff was loud and rude. The two men were giving each bnb othervtemple messages. You can't make this stuff up. I will be reporting this. I want my money back or a redo. These test are for our careers. They are not to be taken care lightly.

This place has the rudest, most unhelpful, most belittling staff you can imagine. If you can go to another Prometric facility... I have had good experiences at the Bethesda office.
I scheduled my second exam at this site a week before my test and got a reminder call from some man beforehand. I like that they had free parking. The first time, there were two male staff on saturday who were really clear with the instructions and they sanitized after person. Very Clean environment.
Awful. I had exam schedule the testing center did not call to say there were closing during bad weather.
I've taken three of my tests here. This male staff was always so rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Every time he went over the instructions, he spoke so fast, I had no idea what he was saying. When I asked him what he meant, he always acted so rude. DO NOT recommend this testing center. If you wanna take a test in a bad mood, then go ahead :)
