It was my first time buying a home and Ryan made the process feel super easy and helped make the process less stressful for me. Ryan Would make sure to do check ins with me to tell me how everything was going and making sure I didn't have any questions. He knew the area real well and knew while I was trying to buy a house if I was getting a good deal or not.10/10 I would recommend Ryan Martin as a realtor to help you get into the home you want.

At the beginning of our home-buying journey I reached out to several local agents just to get a feel for their knowledge and customer service. Lucas Little was the only one who stayed in contact periodically even though he knew we would not be purchasing a home quickly. With limited inventory of homes for sale and our desire for a home with small acreage close to Columbia, we knew it would be a challenge. Lucas made regular contact and gave us the heads up on newly listed properties that might fit our criteria. When we were ready to look at properties and subsequently make an offer, he was invaluable during the negotiation process. Spencer O'Konsky is the guy. The market was competitive in Columbia as we shopped, with quality properties often lasting no more than 2 or 3 days on market. Spencer communicated well and kept us informed of potential homes that might meet our goals, often times weeks before they were officially listed. This helped us be among the first to view most of the properties that we were ultimately interested in. We are first time buyers and our \wants/needs\ in a potential home definitely shifted once we started seeing properties in person. Spencer was flexible and patient with us as we learned on the fly. His candid approach and keen eyes were especially appreciated as we toured homes. I'm sure we'll work with Spencer again in the future, and we are happy to recommend him and Columbia Real Estate!

Lucas Little was an amazing realtor. The entire time I worked with him, he was very open and promptly answered all of my ridiculous questions throughout random times of the day. I’m a night shift worker, and Lucas worked hard to be able to show me houses within a timeframe that still allowed me to sleep for my upcoming night shift. As a first time home buyer at the age of 24, I was very nervous to buy a house and feared that someone would take advantage of my inexperience. Lucas made the entire process so easy and was honest with me throughout the process. He helped show me what I should be looking for and told me whether properties were a good deal or not. He also never tried to push me to increase my budget to buy. Lucas was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout every interaction. Lucas never made me feel pressured to make a decision and encouraged me to think before acting. Lucas fought for what I wanted when it came time to negotiate and made the entire experience run smoothly. I would definitely use Lucas again if I needed to buy another property, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!
