We had an awesome time for our first class. Everyone was very friendly and unpretentious. DJ, the instructor, was very encouraging and motivating. A really fun workout. You can push yourself as much as you want or dial it down if you need to. Thank you!

Not only is the workout excellent, but the commitment to building an inclusive and supportive community is what sets RHO apart from other fitness centers. Each crew member is of value. I have been excited to go since I began 2 years ago! Best investment in myself I could have ever made!!

My first visit here was a couple weeks ago. I was invited by a friend to try it out. I signed up for the class online. I got a welcome message from Laura. Her communication was fun and professional. When I arrived, she knew who I was and welcomed me by name. That says a lot about the level of care at Rho. The studio is extremely clean and comfortable. Laura's class we fun and she kept us engaged and motivated to push ourselves. I was contacted after the class as well. This level of friendly communication motivated me to sign up for more classes. I did and have now gone to three of them. I waited to write this review until after a few visits. They just keep getting better and better. I highly recommend Rho to everyone.

Just took my first Rho class today! It was an amazing workout with an even better environment! The facility has awesome equipment and great vibes with the design of the Engine Room. Becky was my coach, and she was awesome! Checking in to make sure I was good, but also not making me look too much like a rookie ;) All-in-all, it was a super challenging yet comfortable first workout and I’ll be back this week for sure.
