This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I was able to fully make the deal over the phone (including trade in) so when I got there the deal was done and all I had to do was sign the paperwork and head out with my new car. Michael Bowers was the sales person I worked with and he was great! Took a personalized video for me so I could see the car from home. Got me the financing I needed to be able to afford the car my family needed and overall was just pleasant to work with. He had all the paperwork ready to go for me when I arrived and I maybe spent 30 - 45mins total at the dealership. Their finance guy was great too (I forgot his name) but was very transparent with the rates and worked with multiple lenders to get me where I wanted to be. He even came down on extended warranty and Maintenance agreement for me. I highly recommend this dealer and will be returning in a few years when it is time to replace our other car. Even though it is 2hrs away, it is worth the drive for good service.

I contacted the dealer on their website past 10:00 pm, right away Michael Bowers contacted me, before 9:00am next morning he send me all info, video and quoted me the car, got a VERY friendly deal. Michael was very professional, courteous and a wonderful salesman. First time in over 25 cars I have bought I have found such a nice, compressive, friendly auto salesman... I highly recommend Mr. Bowers he will get you a great deal!!! And Mr. Clint Henderson he makes the magic on finance!!! Wow! This is how car buying should be, No Joke. We worked with Chance Mathis throughout this process. He was excellent. Quick responses, great attention to detail, none of the nonsense fees the other dealership were pushing. Chance went above and beyond with multiple personnel videos and pictures. He even got as much as possible taken care of prior to our scheduled arrival so we had minimal time in the dealership. Truly an enjoyable car buying experience. We would highly recommend Chance Mathis for his professionalism and customer service. Best of all we saved roughly 4K compared to my local North Charleston Dealership on a 2021 Palisade Calligraphy!
