Prices constantly go up, mediocre service. Often times trash left (have had to call to complain). Wish I had better options but stuck with this service.

After 25 years of putting the dumpster in the middle between the doors, the driver left the dumpster in front of my friends garage opening. When he called them, they made it hard for him to try and have it put back where it was and would not communicate or work with him. A crying shame.

Might I brag for a moment? I don’t care what any one says, I have the best solid waste company in central Missouri!! Every time I call, and regardless of who I speak to, I have always had a very pleasant experience. And this goes to their employees in the field. My grandchildren were here a week ago and when the truck came by the two men with the truck waved back emphatically as my kids waved at them. It truly made their day!! So, thank you T-Mac. I plan on being a happy customer for another 39 years!!
