We had to recarpet our 5 bedroom house and The Vertical Connection Carpet One was the team to do it! This is a professional group from start to finish with all of the personal assistance you need! They are very friendly and willing to work with your schedule. Followup is important to them and very prompt. The team of guys that came were very respectful, friendly and took great care of our home while they laid the carpet beautifully. They came in, took the old carpet and padding out, cleaned the subfloor and used a microbial spray before laying the new. They cleaned up, vacuumed and put all the furniture back. They even asked if there was anything else they could help with. Glad we chose them for our carpet replacement!

I just got gorgeous vinyl plank flooring installed by The Vertical Connection for an exercise room. It turned out perfectly and I am so happy I decided to go this route. It looks so upscale and was a great price too. I worked with Michael Kaplan, who was extremely helpful and professional, came out and measured, and gave me good advice. I was undecided for a long time, made a few trips to the showroom, and there was no pressure. The installation guys were polite and neat and there was no damage whatsoever to my walls or molding. They even moved my treadmill out and back in through a small door. 100% perfect result. I highly recommend Michael and his group if you need flooring.

Jonathan and the entire Vertical Connection Family was nothing less than amazing. Jonathan was so experienced in helping me understand my different choices of hardwood flooring for the main floor in my home. He was kind, respectful and seemed to really care that I select what would be appealing to me. They promised three days to pull up and replace the existing floors. They were done in ONE day.The team took care of every detail and cleaned up the space quite efficiently. I’m going to return in the new year to replace my carpeted stairs with matching HW floors. Very pleased.
