If you have a lady in your life that has real curves or requires wide width in footwear...don't go anywhere else. Just don't. They are super friendly, inclusive, body positive, reasonably priced with an amazing loyalty program to boot!

I normally have no issues with this store. But when an order is accidentally placed and I’m calling customer service to try and get it canceled and they are telling me they have no grace period and can’t cancel an order, that is ridiculous!

Store was very clean. Social distancing and masks were a requirement and I felt more at ease while shopping. Bryanna and Samantha were very helpful also. Bryannna understood exactly what look I was going for and I accomplished what I came to the store to accomplish.

Items are definitely priced a bit higher than I expected but im pretty sure they're marked up to make their sales look better. Got 4 dresses and a shirt for about 200 bucks. Sales team is amazing, they're helpful in finding products and are very uplifting individuals. My girl wouldn't have found many items she enjoyed if they hadn't boosted her confidence. Im so glad the mall has a plus sized shop with empowering, helpful employees. We were missing debs but this place is so much more than just a bin with plus sized panties. I will definitely recommend people to go here. Amazing experience.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great sales and deals to get their items at a good price. The only place I know I can find stylish plus sized clothing that is quality and fits well. When I am looking for any new clothes, I go to Torrid.
