Temperature check at the door. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Good service. If you have been to Iron Age, you'll like the experience here because the concept is similar. All you can eat and numerous of fresh ingredients to select from to cook in your hot pot of a variety of soup bases. Order from a tablet versus a waiter; same for refills. However, the response time is quick.

Come prepared for an all you can eat feast none of which you can carry home with you. As you can see from my pictures, everything is FRESH and delicious so come ready to hang and chow for a while!
I've gone out a couple times for dine in since covid. And this was by far the best! Definitely worth the money was full but didn't feel like I stuffed myself. I liked that I could order what I wanted on an ipad and didn't have to wait for a server to check in . Food came fast and was fresh. In going back asap . Best meal of 2021 so far for me
Soooooo delicious and all you can eat. We had the spicy broth and the tom yum broth with bass filet, pork belly, beef tenderloin, and tofu. It was great! Definitely coming back here again in the futures.
Worst experience I have had in a while! I was looking forward to trying this spot out with my family since my sister highly recommended it and the service was horrible. When we first arrived they put on us on a waiting list for 20-30 minutes. They were suppose to text us when our table was ready, luckily I was watching the clock and waited 40-50 minutes before going back in to check on our table. When I arrived at the host stand I told them I didn’t think the app was working properly because there was no update on our spot in line. They asked the reservation name and then said our table was ready. Nobody acknowledged my question about the app working. We were sat down without menus or any explanation as to how things worked since it was all our first time. I had to ask two people to explain the menu to us because we were still confused. We ordered everything off the tablet. But everyone is not tech savvy and I think there should be a paper menu for u to be able to order. Nobody checked back on us they dropped our drinks off super late after our food arrived. The food was ok I was not impressed. I had to ask three different people for our bill and one of the ladies asked my daughter how old she was which came off very rude. Finally the check arrived after my family went to the car. I looked and realized that the gratuity was included in the bill and told the server I refused to pay the gratuity for a poor service. I paid the bill all cash. The woman Initiated to grab my arm and made a scene as if I didn’t pay my bill when I explained to her I paid the bill but I was refusing to pay the gratuity for horrible service. I usually don’t write reviews but this was the WORST experience ever and I was humiliated and highly offended that the woman grabbed my arm. I was looking forward to a nice dinner with my family that was extremely complicated and horrible.
Came for Sunday lunch—had reservations so my friends and I were seated right away (they do take your temperature as soon as you enter). The decor is cute inside and the restaurant looks pretty new and clean. Food wise, it was good—AYCE! No complaints with our broths—I liked the spicy broth best. Our meats and seafood were brought out first. No signs of our broths so we flagged a server to assist, and later our broths came out. By that point, we were still missing our vegetable options, so we had to wait longer for those to be brought out. This seemed to happen throughout the meal—service was pretty slow. One cool addition to this location is that they offer Gong Cha drinks (bubble tea, etc) so that was great to have.
First time coming here but I loved it!! Very different experience and everything tasted great, service was fast and they were all helpful and friendly!! You can pick whatever good you want and cook it yourself in front of you at your table. Highly recommend this place
We had lunch there and it was delicious. The foods were fresh and the soup is spicy! Hotpot is such a great idea for the winter. Will def come back soon
