I went here for basic training,Was a big mistake to send newbies from the States that border Canada here during the summer,I was here in July 1982,Was standing @ attention for over an hr,knees locked and the soldier standing next to be started weaving back an forth then fell flat on his face,No one moved as we thought he was faking! The Drill Sargent ran over and rolled him over checked him out an he was dead! Then they asked us who lives in a state that borders Canada,I raised my hand as I'm from Mn,they filled 3 bus loads and shipped us to fort Missory, lost in da woods,Thanks to the quick thinking of the Base Commander we were saved from the God forsaken Heat and servived basic training,I served for 27 years and was in the Gulf War,I'm disabled now! I still can never understand how y'all can breath down there!

Very informative as to what tour soldier endures and learns. Great that it's free too. Lots to look at. Really loved it!
